M9 Buffer

• Begin with approx. 800 mLs of DI H₂O.
• Weigh out and add ingredients with constant stirring:

• KH₂PO₄                                  3g
• Na₂HPO₄                                6g
• NaCl 5g

• Bring up to 1L with DI H₂O.
• Autoclave
• Allow to cool
  

       Add 1mL of 1 M MgSO₄
