• Begin with approx. 800 mLs of DI H₂O.
• Weigh out and add ingredients with constant stirring:

• 1M KH₂PO₄ 43.55mL (final conc. of 43.55mM)
• 1M K₂HPO₄ 6.45mL (final conc. of 6.45mM)
• NaCl 5.85g

• Bring up to 1L with DI H₂O.
• Autoclave
